Jen graduated from Red River College in 2003 and has been an integral part of the Birchwood team for over 20 years. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a lifelong passion for helping animals and supporting their health and well-being. In addition to her clinical expertise, Jen helps to manage inventory and ordering at the clinic, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality patient care. She has a particular love for veterinary dentistry and spent several years teaching dental radiography to other technicians, sharing her knowledge and enthusiasm for the field. Jen also has a strong interest in animal behaviour and nutrition continuously expanding her understanding to better support the pets and clients she serves.

Outside of work, Jen enjoys tackling home renovation projects, spending time at the cabin or out at the farm, hiking and swimming. She devotes much of her free time to her two teenage boys and Milo her sassy husky mix rescue.
