If you’ve ever stepped foot in our clinic, chances are you’ve been greeted by the warm smile and unstoppable energy of Kyla. Known lovingly around here as the Chaos Coordinator, Kyla is the heartbeat of our front desk and the calm in the daily whirlwind of clinic life.

She somehow knows everything—who you are, what your pets need, where you’re coming from, and why you’re visiting. She’ll remember your pet who crossed the rainbow bridge four years ago, your go-to vet, your sister’s cat’s name, and probably even your coffee order.

More than that, Kyla genuinely cares. She’s always ready with a friendly hello, a helping hand, and of course—a pocketful of liver treats for our furry visitors.
