Mel (aka MC ) is one of those rare people who seems to be everywhere at once. Whether she’s assisting the vet in appointments, helping our techs, filling prescriptions in the pharmacy, answering phones, cleaning and stocking, or rocking it up front on the reception line — MC does it all. And she does it all with care, speed, and a smile.

Odds are, if you’re looking for her during some down time, you’ll find her snuggled up in the kennels, making sure every pet feels loved and comforted. Honestly, if we let her, she’d crawl right in and stay there all day just to make sure every tail is wagging, all the purrs are purring and every heart is calm. We are beyond grateful for her compassion, dedication, and endless hustle!
